This month I am illustrating the change in
attitude towards personal safety and hygiene that has occurred in the
last fifty years by submitting a photograph guaranteed to set OSH and
ASH fuming, particularly as it was published in a book aimed at
children.
The painter, spraying the 1950's Austin 7 with
Automotive Nitrocellulose Lacquer, is smoking!

Reference: "Things we Need - Paint" Undated though, from the models of
cars pictured, published in the latter half of the 1950's.
