We are so thrilled, and appreciative, that OCCA (UK sister organisation) has shared their webinars with our SCANZ members.  We are working on adding these to our website, so keep coming back to see what is available.  The first few are up now so log in and have a look.

By now, all members should have received their email copy of this month's Brushstrokes Journal - Waterborne vs Solvent based coatings.

Your Committee has been working on bringing you, our members, more benefits for 2021 and beyond.  

These include:

• more events next year, at least once every month, starting with
• • tour of HMNZS Wellington Navy ship third week of February
  • technical talk on underwater coatings on 25th March
• 2021 convention, in Hamilton, with great speakers, and more accommodation choices
• a new, revised website, with more capabilities and an area to highlight our advertisers and sponsors
• greater use of social media to keep everyone up to date, and hopefully attract some new members
• access to webinars
• change to the credit card payment system, saving $1,200 per year
• more significant interaction with the Coatings Societies International Association for updated international information and cooperation

We look forward to catching up you all next year and wish you and your families a safe and happy 2021.
