SCANZ 2023 CONVENTION - ADAPTABILITY
Monday 15 - Wednesday 17 May
It is so nice to be able to hold in-person events! After the wonderful success in Hamilton, we are moving the 2023 Convention to the amazing Bay of Islands!
The dates are Monday 15 - Wednesday 17 May, and one week prior to the SCAA Convention so hopefully we will have some more overseas speakers making the journey so they can attend both events.
Keep an eye on the website for more information, but in the meantime, we have released the Call for Abstracts for our potential speakers (limited to 14), and our Sponsorship Prospectus.
The Bay of Islands is called the Winterless North, and one of the most amazing places in the North Island. We are staying at the Copthorne Bay of Islands, which is right next to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
The Convention Dinner will be held across the water at the historical Duke of Marlborough Hotel, who have been hosting Rascals and Rapscallions since 1827 - so that will be our theme for the evening!
We hope you can join us in this amazing place. There are flights up to Kerikeri and we will be organising car pooling from Auckland, as the drive is only 3.5 hours.
