DESTINATION - TAURANGA, BAY OF ISLANDS

Welcome to your comprehensive guide for travelling to the picturesque city of Tauranga, New Zealand, for the 2024 Surface Coatings Association of New Zealand (SCANZ) Convention. As we gather under the inspiring theme, “Navigating Towards a Better Future,” we are delighted to host you at the stunning Trinity Wharf Hotel, offering an unparalleled waterfront experience.

Whether you are travelling domestically or internationally, getting to Tauranga is convenient and enjoyable. Below, we outline various travel options to ensure your journey to the 2024 SCANZ Convention is as smooth and pleasant as possible.

Tauranga Airport (TRG) is well-connected with several major airports in New Zealand, including Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.  However, Air New Zealand is the only airline that flies to Tauranga, so we recommend you book your flights early to get the best prices.
